Lukas Gage is reflecting on his divorce from Chris Appleton.

During an appearance on Tuesday's Watch What Happens Live, Gage, 28, told host Andy Cohen, 55, that he doesn't know what he was thinking tying the knot with someone after only two months of dating.

The pair were married by 40-year-old Appleton's friend Kim Kardashian in Las Vegas on April 22, 2023, before they separated on Nov. 10, 2023, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

In a WWHL clip shared on TikTok, Cohen mentioned that he'd met Gage a few times, adding that he was "surprised" to see the White Lotus star get married after dating someone for such a short amount of time.

"I had a manic episode for six months. Those furry jackets..." Gage replied, referencing the black furry coats he and Appleton wore for their Vegas ceremony, as seen on an episode of The Kardashians that aired shortly before their split was announced. "The fur coats was a horrible idea," he added on WWHL.

"What happened?" Cohen questioned, mentioning that Kardashian, 43, had officiated the wedding.

"I don't know literally what went through my head. But we live and we learn," Gage insisted.

As Cohen mentioned the cheating rumors that had surfaced following the couple filing for divorce, Gage seemed hesitant to answer but assured him, "There was no cheating."

The You actor went on to joke about tying the knot so quickly, adding, "Yeah, that's kind of how I roll. I'm a little impulsive. But that was probably one of the most unhinged things I've ever done in my life, and I'll probably have six other marriages."

Elsewhere in the interview, Gage apologized to Shania Twain, who performed "You're Still The One" for himself and Appleton ahead of their Vegas ceremony. "I want to apologize to Shania Twain for wasting her time," the star insisted.

"I mean, 'We're still holding on, you're still the one,' after three weeks, that was unhinged," he continued. "That was like the biggest waste of her time. I love you Shania, I'm really sorry about that."

PEOPLE confirmed on Nov. 13 that celebrity hairstylist Appleton had filed for divorce from Gage, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for separation. Court documents also showed that a postnuptial agreement was in place.

While speaking to PEOPLE at the Road House premiere during SXSW in Austin, Texas earlier this month, Gage said of adjusting to life after the split, “It's been great. It's been a year of learning, growing, changing — yeah, just constant change. Life's always changing.”

"Everything's great. Yeah, it's been really good,” he added.
