Viso helps you and your healthcare team stay better connected between appointments. The NHS-approved app asks for information your doctor needs to know and responds with expert advice. It builds a more complete view of your health over time and alerts you to take action when serious changes are detected. Viso was designed by medical experts to help manage one or more chronic conditions in a single app.
NOTE: Viso can only be accessed with an invite from your doctor. Contact your doctor to confirm availability in your area.

This is perfect for me, it reminds me to do readings when the doctor has asked for them and submits them back. Medication changes are confirmed. It makes the whole process easy and well controlled. Brilliant!

Worth pursuing
I’ve had the app a while now and he has helped me understand and monitor my bp so it is worth it. That said a few very annoying things make it technically frustrating. Eg is you have two readings of 85 and that is your threshold, it’s not averaging correctly. The monitor weeks you get told the day before , which is pointless if you are away and haven’t taken your monitor, then get reminders to say your gp will be told. Most importantly though I’m now on the right meds and my gp understands my bp, so keep with it.

Inconsistent
I have found using the app frustrating. I always waited at least two minutes between no readings and was told “leave at least one minute and less than ten minutes between readings, only for the app to repeat the warning over time.
The go notification function sometimes took hours before completing. My readings were all over the place (not the app’s fault), but I’ve had no feedback.
Frustration with using the app, and apprehension prior to taking my no has lead to increasing no. This is not really monitoring, it is exacerbation of the issue. Do not use if erratic apps drive you nuts

The time error message may occur when you click “Next” to start your first and then second reading within 1 minute. By default, they will have the same time entrance. You can avoid it from happening again by: 1: After filling in your first reading, wait at least 1 minute before clicking “Next” to start entering your second reading. 2: Clicking on the Time field and adjust the timing of your second measurement.
